LATEST: The photographer fighting to win paternity of ANNA NICOLE SMITH's baby daughter DANNIELYNN has been left with no doubt the tot is his after holding her for the first time. LARRY BIRKHEAD finally met the child he claims is his five-month-old daughter yesterday (26FEB07), after reportedly making a deal with Smith's companion HOWARD K. STERN, who is named as Dannielynn's father on her birth certificate. And now, after feeding and burping the baby at the home she shares with Stern in the Bahamas, the Los Angeles-based celebrity photographer says he cherished his private time with her - and now he's convinced he's the tot's biological father. In an exclusive interview with US news show ACCESS HOLLYWOOD, Birkhead says, "Every moment that we got together was kind of... like gold to me." And now Birkhead just wants to win custody of his little girl, so he can tell her what a wonderful person her late mother, his ex-girlfriend, was. He adds, "I just want her to know the good stuff. I want her to know she was a good person, a loving person. She loved kids." Of his ongoing paternity battle with Stern, Birkhead admits the two feuding fathers are beginning to work things out: "I think he is doing what he thinks is best. And I think what I am doing is best."
