ANDERSON FORGOT SCULLY ROLE

GILLIAN ANDERSON struggled to reprise her role for the new THE X-FILES movie - because she couldn't remember how to play her famous character AGENT DANA SCULLY.
The star returned to her part as F.B.I. Special Agent Scully for new movie The X-Files: I Want To Believe, six years after the sci-fi series ended in 2002.
And she claims it was only when she reteamed with co-star David Duchovny that she was able to revive the character.
She recalls, "I thought I'd fall back into it naturally, but at first it felt odd. I was having a hard time finding Scully's voice.
"It wasn't until day three or four, when I had scenes with David and we were working together again, that I felt comfortable. That's when I felt I'd come home."
