British pop star LILY ALLEN suffered a nervous breakdown in her late teens, because she was such an angry child. The SMILE singer, 21, admits she carried the burden of pent-up aggression during her youth, but has now learned how to deal with the stresses of everyday life, especially now she is in the spotlight. She says, "I had a nervous breakdown when I was 17 and I learnt about myself then. You have to be happy within yourself before you are truly happy."
