LILY ALLEN - ALLEN: 'PRESSURE MAKES ME NERVOUS'

Rising star LILY ALLEN hates the pressure put on her by her record company - because it causes her to perform badly. The British singer, who is currently wowing America, isn't initially fazed by all the attention but finds it tough when her music company insists each media appearance is make or break. She says, "I try not to think something like SATURDAY NIGHT LIVE is a big deal because otherwise my nerves really kick in. But it's kind of difficult when you have a million people running around saying, 'You should be really happy you're doing this.' "It's like, yeah, maybe I would be if I'd wanted to be a huge international superstar my whole life... but I don't!"
