Celebrity-friendly diner Real Foods Daily has created the `Dance With Me Van Morrison' dish for those who want to celebrate Ireland's national day in style. The healthy option is a Shepherd's Pie made of a millet and rutabaga crust with layers of tempeh, lentils and vegetables baked in a tomato miso sauce topped with whipped sweet potatoes with brussell sprouts and broccoli.
