LATEST: Hip-hop star 50 CENT has won his legal bid to evict his ex-girlfriend and their son from a Long Island, New York home he owns.
A judge has ruled that Shaniqua Tompkins and 10-year-old Marquise must leave the $1.5 million (GBP750,000) mansion, which is in the upmarket Long Island neighbourhood of Dix Hills, by the end of the school year.
The rapper said of the victory, "I'm a winner."
Tompkins filed legal papers in Manhattan on Wednesday (03Apr08) accusing 50 Cent - real name Curtis Jackson - of breach of contract and unjust enrichment.
