Rapper 50 CENT is trying his hand at publishing by creating a line of "street fiction" under his G-UNIT brand in conjunction with MTV's Pocket Books. The gritty and true-to-life new stories will be told as hip-hop novellas. MTV/Pocket Books also published the IN DA CLUB singer's best-selling autobiography FROM PIECES TO WEIGHT. G-Unit books will launch in January (07) with three titles: DEATH BEFORE DISHONOR by NIKKI TURNER, BABY BROTHER by NOIRE, and THE SKI MASK WAY by K ELLIOTT.
