Winslet's 'Chilled Out' Baby

Actress Kate Winslet has discovered the perfect dietary regime to ensure her baby is "chilled out" and flatulence-free - she avoids eating spicy food and drinking alcohol.

The Titanic beauty - who is breastfeeding her four-month-old son JOE - is ecstatic her baby with film director husband Sam Mendes is affording them such long nights of sleep, and believes her healthy eating habits are the cause of his contentment.

She says, "I'm blessed with a beautiful boy who sleeps. He's very chilled out and very smiley, so I'm not up five times at night at all. In fact, it's quite the opposite.

"I'm breastfeeding and you can't watch what you're eating too much when you breastfeed. So it's very important to me at the moment just to make sure I'm eating things that aren't going to give him wind.

"So curries are out, as are Chinese food, alcohol and caffeine."
