Winner Refuses To Appear On Reality Tv Shows

British director MICHAEL WINNER has rejected offers to appear on reality TV shows, because he does not need the publicity.

The DEATH WISH film-maker has little interest in spending time in a house being constantly watched - and claims he is not as fame-hungry as the press have reported.

Winner says, "I must get asked every day if I want to go into the jungle or a big house.

"If they want a bunch of idiots to do daft things, they always seem to think of me, but I am not interested."

As for his TV commercials for an insurance company, he adds, "I'm in talks about doing some more.

"My parents would be proud - at last I've a respectable job as an insurance salesman."
