Willis Speaks Out For Guns

Movie star BRUCE WILLIS supports Americans in their constitutional right to carry a gun, insisting everyone should be able to defend themselves with a weapon if need be. The Die Hard actor is keen to point out gun owners are not automatically violent. He says, "If you take guns away from legal gun owners then the only people who would have guns would be the bad guys. "Even a pacifist would get violent if someone were trying to kill him or her. "You would fight for your life, whatever your beliefs. You'd use a rock or tear one of these chairs out of the floor. "Hey, maybe I've been watching too many Bruce Willis movies!"

Mr. Willis, I highly commend you for standing up for our Constitutionally guaranteed 2nd Amendment rights, while working in an industry in which the usual standard is to destroy everything in sight with all types of firearms and then give a news clip saying how BAD firearms are and how they should be banned....usually with the star's armed bodyguards in the background. It's only a little hypocritical!!! I really enjoy your movies, and will be re-watching them for years to come, partly because of my respect for you as a real human being!! I'd really like to shake your hand someday, Sir! Keep fighting the good fight and best wishes always!! P.S.- Remind the yahoos out there that the first line in the "Criminal's Job Description" reads, "We don't obey and ignore laws...even NEW laws." Matthew

Thank you very much for your support of gun ownership of law abiding citizens.I grew up and live in Kentucky and have had a gun in my hand since I was 9 years old(I'm 51 now)either hunting or compeditive shooting and feel this is a constitutional right and I salute you for your support.Your movies are the best.Good luck to you.

Mr. Willis,Thanks for speaking out in favor of weapons ownership. I know that, in Hollywood, doing that puts your carreer on the line. But remember, there's a lot of us out here that enjoy your movies, and we'll continue to support you.Semper Fi
