Willie Gets Jazzy For Dead Pal
Country legend WILLIE NELSON is releasing a jazz instrumental album via his website.
The album, NACOGDOCHES (corr), takes its name from the East Texas town where it was recorded in 1999.
The release is Nelson's tribute to pal PAUL BUSKIRK, who planned the session and played mandolin on the record. The guitarist died of cancer in 2002, aged 78.
Nelson says, "This is a labour of love that a label probably wouldn't be willing to release."12/04/2004 21:09
