Williams Excludes America

British pop star ROBBIE WILLIAMS is refusing to release his latest single INTENSIVE CARE in the US - because no one there knows who he is.

The ANGELS hitmaker is one of the UK's biggest selling artists after shooting to fame in boyband TAKE THAT, but can wander the streets of America inconspicuously, despite making Los Angeles his home.

And in a bid to preserve his anonymity in the country, he has chosen not to publicise or release his new record.

Williams says, "I live in America. Nobody knows me there. I can pick my nose... get away with a lot of things that I wouldn't be able to get away with in the rest of the world, and then everywhere else I go I'm a pop star.

"And it's fun - it's like being BATMAN."

I suppose I'm a little late in the game because although I've heard the songs "Angel", Rock DJ, Feel and "Let me Entertain you", I didn't know who Robbie Williams was. Untill I accidently came upon the Movie "Live at Knebworth". I could not take my eyes off of Robbie and to me I've never seen a greater entertainer yet....not Robert Plant, not Stevie Tyler, not Mick Jagger, not David Lee Roth....no-one! Not even Elvis compares to Robbie Williams! My question is WHY have we not had more access to this Phenomena! I'm from Canada and am eagerly awaiting all I can get from Robbie's performances....I even went out and rented De-lovely when I found out he was featured in it. There is far more to Robbie Williams then just his music or his looks...he is the Greatest entertainer I have ever seen. Why they won't recognize that here in North America just proves we have no taste in music anymore....GIVE US MORE ROBBIE WILLIAMS!!!!!!!Please!
