Troubled solo star Robbie Williams has split from actress girlfriend VALERIE CRUZ and is dating Ozzy Osbourne's daughter AIMEE, according to reports.

The British singer had only been dating NIP/TUCK star Cruz since August (04) - but friends say they have gone their separate ways, and now Robbie has been spotted enjoying a cosy dinner date with shy Aimee, who doesn't appear on reality TV show The Osbournes.

A friend reveals, "Aimee is intensely private and refuses to spill the beans about Robbie. But they are dating."
