White Stripes Play Stone's Version Of Their Song
THE White Stripes love Joss Stone's version of their hit FELL IN LOVE WITH A GIRL so much, they've started playing her version at gigs.
The 16-year-old singer was surprised when she saw the American two-piece on their British tour and they performed her reading of the track, which features on her debut album THE SOUL SESSIONS.
English Joss says, "I went up to them and took Jack White's (singer) hand and said, 'Sorry for messing up your song.'
"But then I went to watch them play and they played it the same way we did, so that was a compliment."
