Westlife Singer Almost Misses Performance

Irish band WESTLIFE nearly missed their performance at Wednesday's (15SEP04) WORLD MUSIC AWARDS after bandmate KIAN EGAN lost his way to the stage.

The FLYING WITHOUT WINGS group were held up for ten minutes before their appearance at the Las Vegas event until assistants finally found Egan anxiously asking passers by where the stage was.

A source says, "There was a bit of a panic after the other three lads went on and then realised Kian wasn't with them.

"Assistants were sent out and they found him wandering aimlessly around.

"He was very pleased to see them and was led back to the stage."
