Weinstein Calls For Neverland Fans To Vote Kerry

MIRAMAX supremo Harvey Weinstein has thrown his weight behind Democratic candidate John Kerry's push to oust George W Bush from the White House.

Weinstein was speaking last week (ends29OCT04) after the American premiere of Finding Neverland, which stars Johnny Depp as Peter Pan creator JM BARRIE, in Brooklyn, New York city with NY Senator Hillary Clinton and Brooklyn Borough President Marty Markowitz in attendance.

American gossip website PAGESIX.COM reports Weinstein said, "If you dislike this movie, you can hang my brother (BOB) and myself in effigy.

"But if you like the movie, you've got to call 10 undecided voters or vote 10 times for Kerry, which would probably be one less than Dick Cheney votes for himself."
