Vince Vaughn - Vaughn And Favreau Ditched Swingers Sequel

VINCE VAUGHN and JON FAVREAU decided to ditch their completed script for a sequel to SWINGERS when the film became an international cult hit.

Vaughn and his friend Favreau - who wrote the screenplay to the original 1996 movie - had finished work on a follow-up before the first film was released, but decided to scrap the project to protect Swingers' integrity.

Vaughn explains, "There was actually a very funny sequel to Swingers that we had written before the first film was released.

"But with Swingers becoming what it did, we thought we might be better off just leaving it alone."
