Uma Fights Back

Kill Bill star Uma Thurman loved making KILL BILL with Quentin Tarantino, but found the long schedule a tiring "marathon".

Shooting on the epic had to be extended several times, causing conflict with Thurman's family commitments.

The mother of two - who recently separated from husband ETHAN HAWKE - had to relocate her young family from New York to Beijing, China and the pressure took its toll on all of them.

She says, "It was definite a marathon and it was hard on me because it was supposed to be four months but the goal line kept moving. I was one of the only people there who had children and it was very difficult."
