Pamela Anderson Files For Divorce From Ricky Salomon (Again) 4277509 News

Pamela Anderson is divorcing her fourth husband Ricky Salomon after six months of marriage.

The couple married on January 9th of this year and the divorce paperwork, according to E!, as filed on  July 3rd. We're not sure what exactly went wrong with the marriage and the papers simply cite "irreconcilable differences" as the reason.

The couple had been married once before in 2007 but their marriage was annulled in 2008. They both have interesting romantic pasts with Anderson's husbands including Motley Crue drummer Tommy Lee from 1996 to 2001. Anderson and Lee have two children together, sons Brandon and Dylan. Anderson then married Kid Rock in 2006 but they divorced the same year. Anderson appeared to have rekindled her relationship with Salomon in 2013 and announced the couple had married in January 2014.

Salomon was previously married twice to actresses Elizabeth Dally (1995-2000) and Shannon Doherty in 2009 (the marriage was annulled after nine months). Salomon has two children with Dally, Hunter and Tyler.

The divorce proceedings certainly come as a shock as less than two months ago Anderson was publically expressing her love for the 46-year-old film producer. At the event in Cannes, where she revealed she had been sexually abused as a child, Anderson said Salomon was "the only man (besides my boys) that I trust."

The couple were spotted together in public and were seemingly happy as recently as June. So is this merely another amicable divorce in which Anderson, as she did with Lee and Salmon the first time round, will continue to see her ex-husband on a regular basis?

Pamela Anderson: "My Affinity With Animals Saved Me" After Years Of Childhood Sexual Abuse 4204627 News

Pamela Anderson apologised for “overexposing again” herself whilst at a charity event at the Cannes Film Festival on Friday (16th May). However, this was an entirely different kind of exposure as the 46-year-old actress, model and activist bravely revealed she was sexually abused as a child.

Anderson appeared in Cannes on board a yacht for a charity backgammon game in aid of Cool Earth, an organisation working to protect indigenous villages against rainforest destruction. She took the opportunity to launch her eponymously named foundation which supports a variety of “human, animal and environmental” charities and causes. The former Baywatch explained her reasons for her dedicated animal rights activism, explaining how her “affinity with animals” enabled her to cope with the horrors she had endured throughout her childhood, details of which she included in her speech.

Anderson revealed she was sexually assaulted between the ages of 6 and 8 by a female babysitter, was raped at 12 by a friend’s older brother, and was gang raped in 9th grade (around the age of 15) by her first boyfriend and 6 of his friends. Anderson alluded to the psychological impact of the abuse, stating “Needless to say I had a hard time trusting humans - I just wanted off this earth.”

The PETA activist further stated she had found it difficult to speak to her parents about the abuse as her mother was already suffering at the hands of her alcoholic husband, Anderson’s father. Anderson said “I couldn't bear to give her any more disruptive information. I couldn't break her heart any more than it was breaking. I kept these events to myself.”

Pamela Anderson and Rick SalomonPamela Anderson and husband Rick Salomon arriving at Nice airport for the Cannes Film Festival on Thursday.

Anderson also honoured her husband and children at the event. She stated her fourth husband, Rick Salomon, is “the only man (besides my boys) that I trust.” She further addressed her two sons (with former husband Tommy Lee), saying “I love you Brandon, Hunter. Thank you for being here - My little family. Thank you for being a part of this misfits revolution.”

Anderson’s revelation raises much needed awareness of child sexual abuse, although media interest owing to the accusations by and against various celebrities has certainly placed an emphasis on the prevalence of sexual abuse in our society. Press coverage of Operation Yewtree in the UK and the series of allegations against various Hollywood executives in the US have raised awareness of child sexual abuse but statistical figures surrounding the issue remain appallingly high. In the UK, according to the NSPCC, 1 in 20 children have been sexually abused whilst in 2012/2013 18, 915 sexual crimes against children were recorded in England and Wales. In the US, according to The National Center for Victims of Crime, 1 in 5 girls and 1 in 20 boys are sexually abused.

Tommy Lee Will Marry For Fourth Time After Announcing Engaged To Girlfriend Sofia Toufa 4084801 News

Rocker Tommy Lee is going to tie the knot for the fourth time.

The Mötley Crüe drummer is set to marry is long-term girlfriend Sofia Toufa, after announcing their engagement news via his twitter account on Monday (Feb 24th).

"There comes a time in a mans life when you just know your partner is for LIFE!!" Lee posted. "Say hello to my fiancé and soon to be wife @SOFIofficial."

30 year-old Toufa also shared the news on social media as she playfully tweeted, "I'm something that rhymes with Beyonce!!!!!"

Sofia, who calls herself SOFI (SomeOtherFemaleInterest), is a German singer who is based in Los Angeles and has provided vocals for artists such as Deadmau5, Moguai and Savoy.

The future bride and groom have been in a relationship since 2009.

Could the fourth time be the charm for the 51 year-old?

Tommy's first marriage was to model Elaine Bergen in 1984, but after their divorce a year later, he then wed actress Heather Locklear in 1986, which ended seven years later.

His most notable marriage was to 'Baywatch' actress Pamela Anderson in 1995, with whom he shares two children, Bandon (17) and Dylan (16). The couple were most famous for a leaked sex-tape, which shows the pair conducting sexual activities while on vacation.

However, their relationship came to an abrupt end after Lee was accused of attacking Anderson in 1998, and was subsequently jailed for fourth months.

This marriage may work as Lee will have more time on his hands after Mötley Crüe, who announced their retirement earlier this year, have finished a 72 date world farewell tour.

Congratulations!

Motley Crue Announce Retirement Tour With Alice Cooper, Hearse And Tombstones 4045641 News

Mötley Crüe have officially announced 'The Final Tour,' their last ever set of shows touring 72 dates across the US and Canada. The band arrived at the press conference for their big announcement in a hearse and sat upon tombstones reading each of their names as they delivered the news of their last big blow-out.

The Californian metallers, Vince Neil, Nikki Sixx, Tommy Lee and Mick Mars, said they wanted to "go out on top" and with some "dignity," according to Sky News. To show that the retirement news isn't just a temporary measure or a publicity stunt, the band showed a 'Cessation of Touring' agreement that they had all signed and that will prevent any more touring unless all four members want to.

Clearly, the cessation signing doesn't mean there'll never be any more Mötley Crüe action, as one reporter pointed out to the band. "You guys in the press, you keep looking for the loophole," laughed bassist Nikki Sixx. "We're gonna stick to our word." When quizzed about the prospects of a new album, Sixx added cryptically "You'll just have to see," via Ultimate Classic Rock.

"There's other stuff we've got brewing. New music will eventually come out one way or another," Sixx said. "We haven't made a record yet. I've actually been writing a bunch of music and I've been writing some stuff with Mick Mars."

Sixx also addressed the accusation that the band were feeling a bit skint and wanted to raise some fast cash. "We've been very smart businessmen," he said. "But this isn't about the money. It's about the music and the legacy and the dignity."

The North American section of the tour will run from July to November this year and it is not yet known where the Crüe will head to next in the world. For their US tour at least, the theatrical rockers will be joined by the king of shock-rock Alice Cooper who also attended the retirement press conference.

The 'Schools Out' star spoke highly of his glam rock compadres: "Real hard rock bands are hard to find these days," he said in a written statement. "Mötley has always gone onstage with oneattitude, and that's to blow the audience away. That's exactly how we do it. Putting Mötley Crüe and Alice Cooper together is going to be just what this summer really needs."

The 65 year-old rock star also made sure he didn't miss the chance to have a dig at modern alt-rock, saying at the conference "If your band has an accordion or a banjo in it, it's not rock, OK? When you get Mötley Crüe and Alice Cooper together on a tour - that's gonna be rock at its most extreme."

Motley Crüe's 'The Final Tour' will begin in the US on the 2nd July 2014 in Grand Rapids, MI, and end on the 21st November in Vancouver, BC.

Tommy Lee Landed Coachella Ban After Helicopter Stunt 3911317 News

Rocker Tommy Lee and Motley Crue were once banned from attending the Coachella festival in California after the drummer made an unannounced arrival at the annual music event by helicopter.

The two friends chuckle about their showdown with festival bosses on the latest episode of Deadmau5's webchat series Coffee Run, explaining their antics left one official "shaking" with fury.

Lee says, "We just landed a helicopter in a field with burning vans... I'm just wondering if one of us maybe accidentally f**ked his (promoter) girlfriend. You can't be that mad at somebody or hate somebody that much unless you've personally done something to him."

Lee recalls the altercation ended with the festival boss screaming, "Motley Crue will never play Coachella!"

'Blackfish' Documentary: You'll Never Visit SeaWorld Again. [Trailer] 3770837 News

A new documentary titled Blackfish looks at the strange case of Tilikum, a 12,000-pound killer whale held in captivity at SeaWorld Orlando for several decades. According to director Gabriela Cowperthwaite - who co-wrote the film with Eli Despres - Tilikum has existed in dark water tanks and is responsible for killing several trainers.

According to the Los Angeles Times, SeaWorld purchased Tilikum from Victoria, Canada's faltering park in 1992, where the orca was one of three whales involved in the drowning of a trainer. In the film, it is suggested that Orlando claimed Tilikum would only be used for breeding purposes though went on to become a performing whale at the Florida site.

Essentially the debate here is simple: did the mammal's traumatic captivity lead the fatal attack on SeaWorld trainer Dawn Brancheau in 2010?

In a statement to Reuters this week, SeaWorld accused 'Blackfish' of a painting "a distorted picture" of its facility, calling it "inaccurate and misleading" as well as exploting a "tragedy that remains a source of deep pain for Dawn Brancheau's family, friends and colleagues."

Cowperthwaite remains steadfast in her assertion that the Brancheau accident was not the only one to arise from Tilikum's captivity. "I don't come from animal activism - I am a mother who took her kids to SeaWorld," she said, "I thought (the Brancheau) incident was a one-off. In my mind, I was going to make a larger philosophical film about human beings and our relationships with our animal counterparts."

'Blackfish' hits theaters in Los Angeles and New York on Friday July 19, 2013. UK audiences can catch the documentary on a limited run from July 26, 2013.

Last week, rocker Tommy Lee and PETA sent a letter to SeaWorld requesting that they stopped playing Motley Crue tracks during whale performances, calling it "noise torture."

No Pictures Please! Steven Tyler Leads The Fight Against Paparazzi 3489581 News

Aerosmith frontman Steven Tyler will attend a hearing in Hawaii on Friday (February 8, 2013) for discussions on a bill that would limit people's freedom to take photographs and videos of celebrities. Hawaii's Senate Judiciary Committee plans to consider the so called 'Steven Tyler Act' this morning - the first time in which lawmakers will discuss the bill publically.

A publicist for the former American Idol judge - one of the most recognizable men on the planet - told the Associated Press that Tyler has submitted written testimony supporting the proposal, which would allow celebrities to collect damages from someone who takes photographs in an offensive way. Tyler certainly has some big hitters on-side, including Britney Spears, Avril Lavigne, Neil Diamond, Tommy Lee and the Osbourne family. "Providing a remedy to the often-egregious acts of the paparazzi is a very notable incentive to purchase property or vacation on the islands," the stars say, "Not only would this help the local economy, but it would also help ensure the safety of the general public, which can be threatened by crowds of cameramen or dangerous high-speed car chases." The proposal is perhaps all the more relevant following the recent death of a photographer in Los Angeles who was attempting to snap pictures of Justin Bieber.

Hawaii Governor Neil Abercrombie says he supports the intent of the bill, though warns it may needed refining. Opponents simply say the bill could be unconstitutional.

Kanye West's lawyers block sex tape 3298576 News

Kanye West's lawyers have issued a letter warning against publishing images from his sex tape.

A legal team acting on behalf of the 'Monster' rapper confirmed the X-rated video has been stolen from his computer and anyone posting any of it online will face serious legal repercussions.

A letter obtained by Allhiphop.com, by lawyer Lisa M. Buckley of Pryor Cashman reads: ''Be advised that the Screen Shot, as well as the Tape from which the Screen Shot was taken, were illegally obtained and believed to have been stolen from Mr. West's computer.

''You're posting, advertising, marketing, displaying and otherwise disseminating the stolen Screen Shot and/or other materials on the Tape constitute actionable violations of Mr. West's rights of privacy and publicity.''

The lawyers are also seeking information as to who is attempting to sell the tape, which is in demand, with Sex.com offering $1 million to the anonymous person for the tape.

Steve Hirsch of pornography company Vivid Video - who released Kanye's girlfriend Kim Kardashian's sex tape which saw her star with rapper Jay J - said Kanye's sex video could be worth millions of dollars.

He said: ''It depends on the quality of the tape, the length, the lighting, the sex.

''But something like this could go for a couple of million dollars. I don't think there has ever been a sex tape with a star of this magnitude. [Motley Crue drummer and ex-husband of Pamela Anderson] Tommy Lee was big, but this is a different world and Kanye is a special guy. He's everywhere.''

Tommy Lee Bans Seaworld From Using Songs 3234396 News

Tommy Lee has banned SeaWorld from using Motley Crue's music.

The drummer was enraged when he heard the aquatic theme park wanted to use rock music for new killer whale display show 'Shamu Rocks', as he believes it is cruel to make the giant sea mammals perform for entertainment.

In a letter to John T. Reilly, president of the theme park's San Diego location, he wrote: ''I'm writing to ask you not to play any Motley Crue's songs at any of SeaWorld's parks during this sad show.

''Although we like to torture the human fans who willingly come to our shows, we don't want to be a part of making innocent animals' lives hellish.''

This is not the first time Tommy - an active member of People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) - has been upset about the treatment of whales by SeaWorld.

In 2010, he wrote to the Orlando, Florida, branch of the park, to complain about the way they got whale sperm from one of their Orca whales, Tilikum.

Tommy wrote: ''We know from SeaWorld's own director of safety (as well as videos on the web) that the way you get his sperm is by having someone get into the pool and masturbate him with a cow's vagina filled with hot water.

''Even in my wildest days with Motley Crue, I never could've imagined something so sick and twisted.''

SeaWorld hit back at the allegations, saying the idea they used a cow's vagina to masturbate a whale was ''beyond ludicrous''.

Both Tommy and PETA have called for the whales to be released into the wild.
