The Return Of Hannibal Lecter

Creepy fictional cannibal Hannibal_lecter">Hannibal Lecter is set to return to the big screen for a fifth movie after Silence Of The Lambs creator THOMAS HARRIS has announced his new book will be complete next year (05).

Harris' BEHIND THE MASK has already been picked up by movie mogul DINO DeLAURENTIIS (corr), who produced the last two Lecter films, Red Dragon and HANNIBAL.

There has been no announcement as to who will play Lecter in the new movie. The cannibal killer has been played by SIR Anthony Hopkins (SILENCE OF THE LAMBS and HANNIBAL), Brian Cox (MANHUNTER) and Ralph Fiennes (RED DRAGON).
