Tera Attacks Escort Agency Over Fake Ad
Porn star TERA PATRICK is suing a Los Angeles escort company for using her image to lure lusty men to pick up the telephone without her permission.
The busty actress says she was appalled when she saw her image advertising Metro Entertainment's services in a Los Angeles-area newspaper in December (04).
Beneath her picture, the ad read, "Tera Patrick available for in/out call, call me direct," but Patrick insists she never agreed to the ad and has had no dealings with the company behind it.
As well as filing suit, the porn star is also going public with her feelings, insisting many phone sex companies are taking advantage of her peers' popularity.
She tells US legal show CELEBRITY JUSTICE, "I'm very angry. (The ad) portrays me in a light I don't want to be portrayed.
"My fans definitely had the impression that I was out there actively working. They would say, 'Hey, I called you last night, it was great talking to you.' And I was like, 'What?'
"I don't have anything against any of the girls who do that, but it's just not for me. When I meet my fans I have my clothes on."15/03/2005 21:22
