Taxi Remake To Go Ahead
SATURDAY NIGHT LIVE star Jimmy Fallon has joined Queen Latifah for a remake of acclaimed French film Taxi.
The English-language movie will be produced by Luc Besson, who was involved in the 1998 original.
It features a speedy cab driver, played by Latifah, who teams with Fallon's eager young policeman to solve a series of bank robberies.
The project is due to start shooting in September (03) for 20TH CENTURY Fox and director Tim Story.
