Tarantino's New Approach To Filmmaking
Cult director QUENTIN TARANTINO was determined that new film KILL BILL should take over his life completely.
The acclaimed PULP FICTION filmmaker wanted to leave the confines of Los Angeles and lose himself in a film that was shot in a huge number of locations.
Kill Bill star DAVID CARRADINE explains, "Quentin Tarantino had never made a movie outside of Los Angeles before this and he said, 'I'm going to go all the way.' Quentin's idea was not that he simply wanted to make a movie, he wanted a movie to become his life.
"When the movie's over he finds his life again, but while he's making it he wanted to be lost in it and for it to become everything. It was a very, very long shoot in lots of different countries."27/06/2003 02:04
