Blonde beauty Kimberly Stewart is stepping out with a new man - her pal Paris Hilton's ex-boyfriend JOE FRANCIS.

The leggy 26-year-old, has been spotted out with the GIRLS GONE WILD creator at a number of Hollywood hot spots in recent weeks. They also attended the 7 August (05) taping of Pamela Anderson's COMEDY CENTRAL roast.

A source says, "They're very affectionate in public."
