PATRICK STEWART fears fans will be scarred by the end of the final X-MEN movie because his character suffers a demise that even disturbed him. PROFESSOR CHARLES XAVIER meets a grisly end at the end of X-MEN: THE LAST STAND and Stewart is concerned about the effect it might have on devotees of the comic book series. He says, "They will be devastated I will imagine. It might be shocking for them. I myself was quite disturbed the first time I saw the film. "I only had a rough idea of what kind of movie I was going to watch. I was unprepared for the intensity of that final scene with Xavier and JEAN GREY. I do remember it was very uncomfortable shooting it and it took about three days."
