Springsteen Adds Vote For Change Date

BRUCE SPRINGSTEEN is planning an unofficial hometown VOTE FOR CHANGE finale days after the all-star concert tour winds up in Washington DC.

The rocker, his group THE E STREET BAND and wife PATTI SCIALFA will team up with JOHN FOGERTY and JACKSON BROWNE for the Continental Airlines Arena show in East Rutherford, New Jersey, on 13 October (04).

Springsteen is the ringleader behind the Vote For Change tour, which kicked off in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, on Friday (01OCT04).

His manager JON LANDAU says, "The Vote for Change experience has been so wonderful that we couldn't let it end without taking it to New Jersey."

Springsteen will also take part in the Vote For Change finale on 11 October (04) along with PEARL JAM, REM and DAVE MATTHEWS BAND among others.
