Shohreh Feared Poison Scene Would Drive Daughter's Friends Away

THE HOUSE OF SAND + FOG star SHOHREH AGHDASHLOO feared she'd drive away her teenage daughter's friends after they saw her poisoning her son's daughter in an episode of hit drama 24.

Playing a cold-blooded Islamic terrorist on the show, the Iranian actress was seen mixing poison into her future daughter-in-law's tea during one episode.

And she feared the act would make her 16-year-old daughter's friends think twice before dining with her.

She says, "My only concern was, 'What if my daughter's friends, teenagers would not come to my place to eat anymore,' because I'm a good cook and I make good Persian rice. They love my rice."
