Sharon Osbourne's new chat show has got off to an embarrassing start - the telephone number the reality TV star has been giving out to people who want seats in the audience is wrecking an Arizona woman's homegrown business.

For the past two weeks, Osbourne has been urging fans to dial 1-888-HEY-SHARON for seats, but that number actually connects to a woman in Phoenix who sells novelty gifts.

Sharon says, "Her name is PATTY VOPEL and she has a business that she's running from 'Hey-Sharon' selling pins and novelty gifts and we've been blocking her phone lines so she can't do business.

"It has got so bad for her that her two sons are answering the phone in Ozzy's voice, pretending to be Ozzy. It's driving them insane."

Osbourne used her show on Friday (26SEP03) to apologise directly to Vopel, adding, "I think everyone should call Patty and buy a pin."
