Sharon And Ozzy Bust-Up Over Booze

The relationship between SHARON and Ozzy Osbourne has hit another bad patch - the rocker is furious his wife is drinking too much.

The rock matriarch-turned-American chat show host admits she has been over-indulging recently - and her alcoholic husband is deeply worried about her.

Sharon admitted she was hungover when she hosted her daily chat show on Monday (15MAR04), and that her boozing was getting out of hand.

She said, "I have found that lately, I don't know why, but I've been drinking more than I should. I never do this ever and I don't know what's wrong with me.

"I only had two drinks... I only ever have two of any drink but this one was a big drink."

Sharon went on to admit one recent binge left her husband really angry.

She added, "My husband hates me when I'm drunk. He was p***ed and I was trying to hide it, so I was eating all these mints and chewing gum and trying to act like very low-key and it just didn't work. He was so disgusted with me.

"He was like, 'I hate seeing you like this, you're pathetic, you're too old,' and I'm going, 'You're saying that to me?'

"He said, 'It's different with you - you're a mother, you're a woman, you're older; you shouldn't be doing this.'"
