Second Arrest Made In Cam'ron Cohort Shooting

LATEST: A second suspect has been arrested in connection with the New York shoot-out that left a member of CAM'RON's DIPLOMATS crew injured and another man dead.

HERNDON WILLIAMS of Brooklyn, New York, was arrested on Saturday (17MAY03) and charged with murder and attempted robbery stemming from the 25 April (03) incident that left bodyguard ERIC MANGRUM dead and Diplomat rapper FREEKEY ZEKEY wounded.

A third suspect, JOHN MINGO, is still wanted by authorities who arrested CHAUNCEY DILLON earlier this month (MAY03) and charged him with second degree murder.

According to police sources, Mingo, Dillon, and Williams decided rob Zekey of his $20,000 (GBP13,000) pendant when the rapper jumped out of his JEEP to assess damage to his vehicle from a collision with the suspects' car outside a Chelsea, Manhattan, nightclub.
