Sarah Michelle Gellar Has Cruel Intentions For Queens Guards

Sarah Michelle Gellar has taken time out from promoting her latest movie Scooby Doo 2: MONSTERS UNLEASHED in Britain to try and distract one of Queen ELIZABETH II's crack guards.

The 26-year-old, who shot to fame with the hit American TV series Buffy THE VAMPIRE SLAYER, amused herself over the weekend (27/28MAR04) in London by trying to break the composure of the Buckingham Palace guards.

She says, "When I first came to London I drew up a list of all the tourist attractions I wanted to see, and it's only on this visit that I've got the last few ticked off.

"In fact I got finished a day early, so yesterday I went to Buckingham Palace and spent the whole afternoon trying to get one of the Queen's guards to move.

"I pulled every trick I knew, I was pulling funny faces and telling jokes but those guys just don't move an inch. It's really impressive, I think some of them should think about a career in acting."
