Rossellini Saw Mother In Mirror

Screen beauty ISABELLA ROSSELLINI spent years denying her likeness to her late mother, screen siren INGRID BERGMAN, only to realise the media was right all along. The model/actress only noticed the uncanny similarity when she spotted herself in a shop mirror and thought it was someone else. She says, "For years I didn't believe I looked much like her. Mamma and I agreed: people exaggerate. "Then one day, I was in an antiques shop, browsing around, when I saw this other customer. She looked distinguished and like my mother. "Then I looked up at her face - and the lady was me! I had seen my reflection in a mirror. "So people were right. I do look like her."
