LEGALLY BLONDE star Reese Witherspoon is far from enthusiastic about America's Independence Day on Friday (04JUL03) - because she'll have to spend it in London.
The pregnant screen beauty is currently filming period drama Vanity Fair in the British capital, which means she'll be spending the holiday with her husband Ryan Phillippe and daughter AVA in a nation whose food she describes as "bizarre".
She says, "I wish I was here having a barbecue, but I have to go back to London; I'm making a movie right now. I have to go back over there and eat fish and chips or something. It's pretty depressing."
