Ray Back From The Dead For Another Soundtrack Album

Dead R+B star RAY CHARLES is set for more success from beyond the grave with the release of a second album of classic tracks he reworked for the RAY biopic.

The tracks failed to make it into the acclaimed movie or onto the accompanying soundtrack simply because the prolific blind pianist re-recorded so many tracks for the project.

And now, after the success of the first soundtrack album, RHINO RECORDS bosses are planning to release a follow-up, RAY: ORIGINAL MOTION PICTURE SOUNDTRACK VOL. 2, to cash in on the success of the film.

Meanwhile, Charles' final studio recording, duets album GENIUS LOVES COMPANY, continues to sell well globally and is nominated for multiple GRAMMY AWARDS.
