Actress-turned-punk rocker Juliette Lewis has topped a new list of celebrity fashion offenders.
The NATURAL BORN KILLERS star's quirky dress sense has landed her at the top of the new poll in America's In Touch magazine.
She beat pop eccentric Bjork, BLACK EYED PEAS star Fergie and tennis ace Serena Williams on the dishonourable list.
The top 10 is:
