Public Enemy Star Wants More Tv + Radio Controls

Outspoken PUBLIC ENEMY star CHUCK D is calling for America's TV and radio programmers to stick to stricter guidelines when it comes to what hits the airwaves.

Despite being behind hard-hitting rap hits like DON'T BELIEVE THE HYPE and 911 IS A JOKE, the rap pioneer is an advocate of keeping expletives and dirty talk away from the ears of children.

He says, "No one should be able to check out (shock jock) HOWARD STERN until they're over 16-years-old.

"The assumption that children can handle anything is made by people who don't have kids or don't give a damn about them.

"I don't want the government controlling what I can say, but I know my boundaries."
