Prinze Jr Sells House He Never Lived In

Hollywood actor Freddie Prinze Jr has sold his home of more than three years in Toluca Lake, California, for $2.75 million (GBP1.7 million) - despite never living in it.

Prinze purchased the home - which is next door to the late Bob Hope's longtime residence - in 2000 for slightly more than $3 million (GBP1.8 million).

He never moved into it and eventually put it back on the market last year (02) for $3.3 million (GBP2 million).

The five-bedroom home, which sits on an acre of land, includes a tennis court and pool.

The house remained vacant or occupied by friends while the actor and his wife, Scooby-Doo co-star Sarah Michelle Gellar, moved to west Los Angeles.
