Posh Spice's Mother Denies Beckham Marriage Trouble

Former SPICE GIRL Victoria Beckham's mother has slammed newspaper reports her daughter is on the verge of splitting up with soccer superstar husband David Beckham.

JACKIE ADAMS has laughed at claims the couple are considering a divorce and she also dismisses stories she isn't talking to her son-in-law over his alleged affair with PR girl Rebecca Loos.

She blasts, "There is nothing wrong with their relationship. They are as happy as they have ever been and they will be celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary in years to come.

"David and I are really close. There is no way in the world I wouldn't talk to him."

And Adams has revealed the Beckhams got over ENGLAND's disappointing quarter-final exit from EURO 2004 by relaxing at the school sports day of his five-year-old son Brooklyn.

She said: "Both of them were sitting on the grass as happy as they have always been, cheering Brooklyn screaming him on to win the race.

"I wish you could have seen them sitting cuddling on the grass with ROMEO while Brooklyn was doing his race. They are absolutely the happiest couple ever."
