Pitt Keeps It Clean

MICHAEL PITT shunned method acting in LAST DAYS, refusing even a sip of beer while playing his drug-addled KURT COBAIN-esque character Blake.

The 24-year-old actor originally planned to shoot the entire movie in a state of inebriation, but is now relieved he resisted temptation.

He says, "I have friends who have been in situations... It was something I could recreate.

"Initially, I had the bright idea that I was going to do the whole film drunk or something, which thank God I didn't.

"I was probably the cleanest I've ever been for that film."
