Pitt Defends Legal Threat To Prying Journalists
LATEST: BRAD PITT has angrily defended his decision to punish reporters who pry into his personal life in interview sessions, insisting he's just using a little personal justice.
The movie hunk and his MR + MRS SMITH co-star ANGELINA JOLIE have threatened legal action against any journalist who breaches a new agreement not to ask them private questions, which interviewers must sign before TV, radio and print chats.
And despite a media outcry claiming the stars are threatening freedom of speech, Pitt insists he knows he's doing the right thing.
He says, "I abhor what they do. I try to make it difficult on them, they make it difficult for me; we're two factions that really despise each other."07/06/2005 21:42
