Pitt Confused By British Honour

Brad Pitt was confused when he was presented with a badge of achievement from Britain's longest running kids TV show recently - but his Sinbad: Legend OF THE SEAS co-star Joseph Fiennes revelled in the honour.

The Hollywood hunk was unaware of the prestigious connotations of a Blue peter badge - a cult item in the UK - when he was surprised by one of the show's presenters on a trip to Britain to promote the new animated film.

But English-born Fiennes made sure he explained the significance of the badge to Pitt.

A spokesperson for the BBC programme explains, "Brad seemed both pleased and a little non-plussed. He and co-star Joseph Fiennes were promoting new cartoon Sinbad: Legend Of The Seven Seas when presenter KONNIE HUQ surprised them.

"Being English, Joseph understood the honour. I think he probably explained what it was all about to Brad. Joseph was certainly delighted."
