I was not in the least surprised by Pink Floyd coming top. This is something that a lot of people, including me, have been saying for many years. The shear quality and creativity of the music leaves the rest miles behind. How anyone can even consider U2 to be anywhere near the same league is quite beyond me.U2 have little musical talent. This is apparent if you take the time to study their music. As for their self rightious opinionated front man Bono.I look forward to the day when a so called World leader tells this blockhead to GET LOST!.It`s long overdue. The Edge can bearly hold a guitar properly, let alone play well.Take note on how quiet Bono was after Live8.Speaks for itself,U2 had their noses pushed out of place by being on the same billing as Pink Floyd.Dr Syn.

to bad for U2 this survey was done on musical talent. and not humanitarian efforts. that's why pink floyd won.

U2 should of won hands down. Besides having the biggest grossing concerts in 2005, the humanatarianism efforts of Bono are unprecedented by anyone in Pink Floyd. So even though PF won, U2 still has my vote.God-BlessRobyn

Depends on what you like. Personally, I love U2's songs and band members and shows the best of all since the Beatles..for me they have the best music, variety and quality overall...
