LATEST: Julia Roberts' ex Jason Patric is pressing ahead with plans to sue an Austin, Texas, policeman for the way he was treated during an arrest last March (04).
The NARC star was falsely arrested and imprisoned for public intoxication while taking time off from promoting The Alamo in the Texas city.
The charges against Patric were later dropped, but the actor insisted he would be taking the matter further.
Now, he is suing the officer who arrested him outside a club, for allegedly violating his civil rights.
