Paris Hilton - Paris' Mother Begs Producers On Her Behalf

Hotel heiress PARIS HILTON's mother KATHY has reportedly begged movie bosses to cast her daughter opposite teenage star LINDSAY LOHAN in a new movie.

The SIMPLE LIFE reality TV star is hoping Kathy's emotional plea to PARAMOUNT producer CHRISTINE PETERS will win her the role of Lohan's enemy in romantic comedy FASHIONISTAS, based on LYNN MESSINA's novel of the same name.

An insider says, "I don't think Paris reads - she heard about the movie from Lindsay and decided she wanted to be in it.

"So Kathy Hilton called the producer, Christine Peters, at Paramount, and pleaded with her and begged her to let Paris be in the movie. It hasn't been announced yet, but it looks like Paris got the role of Lindsay's nemesis."

The Hilton's family representative CATHERINE SAXTON confirms, "I think a lot of talented people are involved with Paris' career, most particularly Paris."
