Paltrow Gets Mother's Remorse After Dietrich Decision
LATEST: GWYNETH PALTROW has regrets about signing up to play screen legend MARLENE DIETRICH in an upcoming biopic - because she'd much rather stay at home and raise her daughter APPLE.
Last month (MAY04), the OSCAR-winning actress delighted fans - and Dietrich's daughter MARIA RIVA - when she announced she would produce and star in the project.
But since becoming a mother to her and husband CHRIS MARTIN's five-week-old daughter, Paltrow admits she'd quite happily stay away from the screen to tend to her child.
She says, "(Dietrich) was an amazing woman who lived an incredible life, so it's definitely worth exploring to see if we can get the script right.
"But we'll see. I don't know if I ever will go back to work."21/06/2004 21:02
