Paisley Tops Country Awards Nominees List
Brad Paisley has been crowned the king of country today (08MAR06) after landing six Academy of Country Music (ACM) Award nominations.
The CELEBRITY singer will fight for Best Male Artist and Best Album (TIME WELL WASTED) honours and will also compete for three collaboration prizes for his duet with Dolly Parton, WHEN I GET WHERE I'M GOING.
Sugarland and BROOKS + DUNN are each up for five honours apiece, Rascal Flatts claimed four nominations and AMERICAN IDOL star Carrie Underwood landed three. Rockers Bon Jovi grabbed their first ACM nod.
The awards will be presented at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada, on 23 May (06).
