Painkiller Killed Domino Harvey
An accidental overdose of a powerful painkiller killed model-turned-bounty hunter Domino HARVEY, according to a coroner's report.
Fentanyl, a drug more potent than morphine, was found in her heart, blood and liver, according to a toxicology report released by the Los Angeles County Coroner's Office on Friday (02SEP05).
Harvey, 35, was found unresponsive 27 June (05) in the bathtub of her Hollywood home and was pronounced dead at a hospital. Neither drowning nor foul play contributed to her death, according to the report.
British-born Harvey, daughter of actor Laurence Harvey, gave up a modelling career and socialite lifestyle to become a bounty hunter.
She was arrested in West Hollywood in May (05) on drug charges and also faced federal charges of conspiring to distribute drugs, crossing state lines for unlawful activity and having property used in or obtained through criminal activity in Gulfport, Mississippi.
DOMINO, a movie based on her life starring Keira Knightley, is scheduled for US release on 4 November (05).
