No Botox For Vanessa Redgrave

Statuesque actress Vanessa Redgrave has always had doubts about her looks, but has ruled out plastic surgery as an option.

In her gangly, acne-riddled youth, the English star would have much rather looked like her "wonderful idol" Audrey Hepburn, but is now glad her high-profile parents Michael Redgrave and Rachel Kempson didn't encourage her to change her face.

She says, "My parents didn't have the money to chop me about - that would have been a terrible shame."

Surprisingly, striking Redgrave doesn't consider herself to be beautiful even now, but is more relaxed about her looks, usually "running around like a scruff".
