Actress Neve Campbell is taking on the role of silent screen goddess LOUISE BROOKS in a new biopic.
The WILD THINGS star has purchased a screenplay entitled Lulu, penned by screenwriters PETER NICKOWITZ and BILL OLIVER, which tells the life story of the PANDORA'S BOX actress.
Campbell, who has been a longtime fan of Brooks - who turned into a virtual recluse during her later years - is now searching for a director and financier for the project.
Brooks died in 1985 aged 78 after re-emerging from her European hideaway to write a series of essays about her glamorous career.
