Murray Flies Into Globes, And Back Again

Hollywood funnyman BILL MURRAY flew halfway around the world to collect his Best Actor award at Sunday's (25JAN04) GOLDEN GLOBES ceremony in Hollywood - at a cost of $180,000 (GBP105,000).

The 53-year-old actor boarded a plane in Italy - where is currently filming the new WES ANDERSON film THE LIFE AQUATIC - and headed to TETERBORO AIRPORT in New Jersey, America to pick-up his wife, before flying onto Los Angeles for the glitzy bash.

After he'd won the coveted prize, Murray headed straight back to Rome to continue filming, dropping his wife off en route, reports website PAGESIX.
